Start with table top position and move through Cat Cow

Spinal movements and Thread the Needle

  1. High Plank
  2. Downward Facing Dog
  3. Ragdoll Forward Fold
  4. Chair Pose
  5. Eagle Pose
  6. One Legged Mountain
  7. Warrior 1
  8. Warrior 2
  9. 5-Pointed Star
  10. Reverse Warrior

Continue flow with all movements.
