Today’s Workout-
6 Rounds of Runners Lunges and Speed Skaters –
Each round you will do every movement for 15 seconds then end with a 15 second rest. After the six rounds you then move to the corrective exercises.
Movements – Runners Lunges, Speed Skaters, Tall Kneeling Spinal Twists and Pigeon Yoga Pose.
*Note* Go at your own pace and substitute Side Steps for Speed Skaters.
