This circuit just bumped the Super Awesome Circuit out of first place for my favorite! Somehow I missed that there was going to be push ups, and I was like what?! Yeah, mm hmmm, yeah, let’s push that Earth AWAY! Again very sneaky with the extra minute, Drew. This is a good one.
I wasn’t trying to be sneaky, however if I was, you definitely caught me! haha
This is the first ever work out I’ve ever done from the site and it was a great success! Great circuit for my active recovery day!
