10 Minute Circuit – Lunges – Push-ups – Squats – Lying Leg Lifts

During this circuit you will do 10 reps of each exercise for a total of 10 minutes.

Exercise list:

Alternating Lunges – 10 reps each leg. Total 20 reps.

Push Ups – 10 reps.

Squats – 10 reps.

Lying Leg Lifts – 10 reps.
