Personal Trainer Jake Opel Shares Some Tips on Fitness

Personal Trainer Jake Opel

Jake joins the program and gives us some helpful tips on motivation as well as some movements and exercises he likes to incorporate in to his clients programs.

Jake has played sports for his entire life so being active has always been a priority. After joining the military Jake has come back to his home town to pursue a career as a personal trainer and coach.

In addition to training Jake also hosts a podcast! The show is called Information Assault and can be found here: iTunes or Stitcher  It’s like a variety show where Jake and other hosts interview guests and discuss trending topics.
