At Under Ten Fitness we believe that anytime you can spend working on your personal health is a good thing even if it’s only ten minutes. We know life is busy and full of responsibilities, stress and honestly other things that are more fun than getting sweaty at the gym!
Exercise is something we should all do but life is full of distractions that take our focus away from our bodies. That’s why Under Ten Fitness exists!
We spend our days thinking of how to create workouts for busy people who only have 10 minutes to spare. Inside the members area you will find body weight workouts that you can do in the comfort of your own home, at the office, gym, or night club. Wherever you feel comfortable dropping into a squat or nailing a warrior yoga pose.

SWAG Diet – Members get access to our meal plan which includes healthy recipes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. In combination with our workouts members who use the diet information are shredding fat. Some members have reported losing over 8 pounds in the first week!
