As you already know, finding good advice can be difficult. Frequently, fitness bloggers and so-called “experts” have ulterior motives and are simply trying to sell their products. Don’t get us wrong; selling isn’t bad, but sometimes it’s done the wrong way and for the wrong reasons – but we know that real results take real time and you need to have support from your friends, family and peers.
