Spirituality and Fitness with Author Chris Curran Part 3
This is part 3 of a 4 part series with author Chris Curran where we discuss more than just glistening pectoral muscles that will blind you when properly oiled up…
It’s fun to talk about all this spiritual stuff but how do we practice it? In this episode we talk more about the application of this process!
Author Chis Curran joins the show to talk about the spiritual aspect of health and fitness. On the journey to getting a ripped and perfectly sculpted body you will run into some road blocks and those road blocks won’t be put up by others who want to see you fail. The road blocks that we face in life will most likely be built by ourselves and realizing that is the first step in the process.
Chris has spent a better part of a decade traveling the world looking under rocks and between cracks to find true enlightenment… He might not have said those exact words but he did tell us all about his travels and what he found!
In the next few episodes we talk with Chris to help find how we can look inside ourselves to be mindful of our actions or thoughts and how those affect our lives and health.
