Brandon Gives us peek into his workout program over the years and how it’s progressed. One of his favorite programs is a 5X5 program. For this program you stick to 5 reps for five sets and add 5 or ten pounds and keep adding weight until you get to a sticking point and that’s where you manipulate either the sets or weight itself.
This is a great program and has helped a ton of power-lifters add extra pounds and strength to their lifts.
