Great workout for the whole body!
This workout can be broken down into three minute rounds. For 90 seconds you will do a body weight squat followed by 90 seconds of push-ups and knee tucks.
The first round of body weight squats is pretty straight forward. Take a hip width stance and squat in place. Be sure to move your hips backwards and keep your feet planted firmly on the ground making sure not to roll forward on your toes. Also keep your knees in line with your feet which will keep your knees from rolling inwards towards each other.
The second round is done in a push up position. Starting with a push-up followed by a side step with your hands moving your entire body over a foot or so. From there you will do 5 knee tucks. When doing a knee tuck the knee is tucked toward the chin, you can think of marching in place but on the ground. After the knee tucks there is another push-up and then you will start the whole process over and repeat for 90 seconds.
Both of these 90 second circuits will be done back to back for 10 minutes!
